We charge a one-time fee of $750 per VA search engagement. That covers personalized sourcing, vetting, and curated candidate delivery — with up to 15 qualified options.

What happens after I submit the form?

We review your request and either:

Send you a link to book a free 15–30 minute discovery call, or
Begin sourcing based on your form if your request is clear.

You’ll only be invoiced after we confirm your needs.

When do I pay?

You pay only after we’ve confirmed your requirements (via form or call). Once the $750 invoice is paid, we begin sourcing your candidates.

How long does it take to receive candidates?

Our typical turnaround is 5–10 business days for the first set of 5 curated VA profiles.

What do the VA candidate profiles include?

What if I don’t like any of the candidates?

Yes. If your chosen VA isn’t a fit within the first 30 days, we’ll provide a replacement at no extra charge. This applies if the issue is related to performance or fit — not if your business changes direction.
